Late Pick-Up Policy: Renter is advised to call ahead if unable to pick-up trailer at agreed upon time to avoid late fee. No call and 30 minutes late for pick-up will result in a $25 late fee. No call and 1 hour late for pick up will result in cancellation of rental and loss of payment.

Late Return Policy: No call and 1 hour late for return will result in being billed an additional day. No after hour returns without prior agreement.

Upon return of trailer, an inspection will be completed to ensure all rented items are returned and no new damage is present.

It is up the renter to verify that their tow vehicle is capable of safely towing the trailer and load. The weight and capacity of each trailer will be posted on the listing. A 3/4 ton truck or larger is recommended for most trailers.

– Use a spotter to help when backing a trailer
– Trailers should never be towed more than 65 MPH
– Make sure to raise the jack completely to avoid damage
– Make wider turns at corners and/or curves to accommodate the trailer you are towing
– Check the trailer tire pressure before towing
– During stops, always check the coupler to ensure it is still seated on the hitch ball and in the latched position with latch pin present. Check the trailer connector to ensure it is completely inserted in the 7-way socket. Ensure safety chains are attached to the vehicle correctly.

Yes, our trailers are equipped with different tie down points to accommodate your hauling needs. You are responsible for properly securing the cargo to ensure safe transportation.

Please contact us immediately if damage occurs during your rental. Upon return of your rental, the trailer will go through our return inspection process. We will assess the damages and will discuss with you at this time. Pictures are taken at pick-up and upon return to ensure you are not held responsible for damage that you did not cause. If damage has occurred, we will contact our insurance adjuster for an estimate of damages. Your security deposit will be held until cost of damage & repairs is discussed and agreed upon.
